Warranty

Kijaro stands by our innovation and quality standards. We guarantee that the materials and workmanship will be free from defects for one year after the purchase of a product. Proof of purchase is required to ensure we are talking to the actual owners of our Kijaro products.

This warranty supersedes any other warranty and is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

Kijaro products aren’t indestructible. The Kijaro Promise Program does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear and tear (i.e.: exhausted zippers), natural hazard damage (i.e.: weather, animals, ultraviolet (UV) damage) abuse or alteration. This warranty is only valid within the United States. Replacement items will be equal to or comparable to the original item purchased. Full refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase.

We know you depend on Kijaro and we depend on you. Contact us, tell us what is wrong, and we will do what we can to make it right.

If you have questions regarding our Kijaro Promise Program, email us and someone from the Kijaro team will respond within 1-2 business days. We need you to follow these instructions:

  1. 1. Email us (contactus@kijaro.com) your issue with proof of purchase, detailed descriptions, and photos of damages.
  2. 2. You will be contacted by a Kijaro team member for more information.
  3. 3. If an exchange or return is necessary, we will send you a replacement or accessory at no charge.

Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase. If the item is not under the Kijaro one-year warranty you will receive communication to discuss repair options and charges.

Return Process:

Go the Return Portal and click 'Request A Return' to look up your order.

You will be issued a return label. Please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your closest Fedex location.

If you are returning more than one item, each item will need its own return shipping label. Please go through the return process for each item separately.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Refunds will be processed once your items are received at the warehouse.
